Recipe:
In a Fry pan fry 2 chopped onions
in half cup Ghee/Oil till golden.
Add 2 chopped tomatoes &
cook for 2 minutes. Add salt
to taste, ½ tea spoon
Pearls
Kashmiri Mirch,
3 tea spoon Pearls
Kitchen King Masala
& cook on low heat till
oil separates. Add 4 peeled
and cut potatoes & half
cup peas, stir for 3 minutes.
Add 200gPearls
Kasoori Methims.
fried paneer and simmer further
till the potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle leaves, stir &
serve. |
